DailyNest is a daily email digest service that connects to your Gmail account, identifies emails related to your children's schools, activities, and appointments, and delivers an organized summary.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use DailyNest.
By using DailyNest, you grant us permission to access your Gmail account (read-only) and your profile information (name and email). We automatically scan for school, camp, and activity emails about your kids. You do not type in senders or pick who we read. We request read-only Gmail access only; we cannot send, modify, or delete emails in your Gmail account. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
We will use your data solely to operate the DailyNest service. We will not sell, share, or misuse your data. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change features or availability at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making changes that significantly affect your use of the service.
DailyNest offers a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected). You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hi@dailynest.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain access through the end of that period but will not be charged again.
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days notice before the new rate takes effect. You can cancel before the price change applies.
You agree to use DailyNest for its intended purpose: organizing family and kid-related email communications. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
DailyNest is a convenience tool. We are not responsible for missed events, incorrect information extraction, or any consequences of relying on the digest as your sole source of information. Always verify important dates and deadlines from the original source.
You can stop using DailyNest at any time by revoking Google access and contacting us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
